As a participant in the nationwide field test of lengthened vehicles, we have had experience with these extra-long vehicles since an early stage and have been using them in regular traffic for several years.<\/p>\n<p>Type 3 lengthened trucks reduce CO2 emissions by 20% per transported unit as compared to standard trucks. They also have a much shorter braking distance, which is why they increase safety on the roads. Since two lengthened trucks can replace three normal ones, these vehicles also offer considerable cost advantages to our customers. We therefore often use them to deliver to customers with direct return of empties (e.g. OEMs) or in traffic between plants and production networks.<\/p>\n<p>Do you also have a need for lengthened trucks?
